RETURNS

Once communicated, you can send us the package to: VINTAKER.  C / Sueca 36 - Valencia,  (Spain) 46006.

The term for any return is 14 days, once the package has been received or removed from the collection point.

Vintaker reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline, as well as garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

Once the package is received, we will create a coupon for you so that you can use it for future purchases.

If you have made a purchase with free shipping, if the part of the order that is not returned does not exceed the minimum amount for free shipping (€70), the shipping costs (€4.95) will be deducted from the coupon.

Undergarments cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

If, exceptionally, the products received are damaged, please contact us.

Remember that for returns, before sending the package you must notify us within the period indicated above. In case of receiving a package without prior communication, Vintaker reserves the right not to accept said return.
