How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the type of shipment selected.

• Collection in store: In our store the same day.

• Home delivery: Between 2 and 5 working days. Valid for the Iberian Peninsula.

• Balearic and international home delivery: In 3-7 working days. Valid for the Balearic Islands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom.

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

When processing your purchase we will show you the shipping methods available for that order and we will indicate the shipping costs.

• Store Pickup - FREE

• Home delivery - 4.95 EUROS / FREE (ORDERS FROM 70 EUROS) Valid for the Iberian Peninsula.

• Balearic Islands and international home delivery - 17.95 EUROS /  FREE (ORDERS OVER 150 EUROS) 

 

What is the home delivery process?

Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday. 

Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day.

What is the store delivery process?

​

If you have chosen store delivery, you must present the order number and the ID of the person who is going to pick it up.
